Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was established by the Irish Government under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001 and the Irish Horseracing Industry Act 1994. It is a commercial semi-state body that is responsible for the administration, promotion and development of Horse Racing in Ireland. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and HRI Racecourse Division consisting of Leopardstown Racecourse, Fairyhouse Racecourse, Navan Racecourse, Tipperary Racecourse and Leopardstown Golf Centre. Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) requires a tailored content package to include daily, weekly and monthly Irish racing stories and channel management. All content must be bespoke and tailored to HRI’s racing and event focused fanbase and to be accompanied by imagery, graphics or video content. Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was established by the Irish Government under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001 and the Irish Horseracing Industry Act 1994. It is a commercial semi-state body that is responsible for the administration, promotion and development of Horse Racing in Ireland. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) is a company limited by guarantee set up by the Turf Club (established 1790) and Irish National Hunt Steeplechase Committee (the INHSC) (established 1866) as the Regulatory Body for horseracing in Ireland. Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) and Subsidiaries and the IHRB both require senior IT leadership in the form of a shared chief technology officer as a Service (CTOaaS). The CTO will be responsible for providing leadership and delivering the strategic objectives for HRI and IHRB’s information technology activities. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and HRI Racecourse Division. This agreement shall be open for all HRI Racecourses as well as those of its affiliates / associates to utilise, including but not limited to Cork Racecourse and The Curragh Racecourse. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Borad (IHRB), while not an associate of HRI, may avail of this framework. Horse Racing Ireland and Subsidiaries (HRI) require a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of management consultancy services. The Contracting Authority intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the concept, design and decoration of marquees to Horse Racing Ireland & Subsidiaries. This includes but is not limited to meeting with relevant stakeholders, adherence to a brief, design of concept, decoration of marquees, on site management and post event de- brief. There may also be a requirement for concept, design and decoration of marquees services to other HRI Racecourses. Please consult the tender document for a full description of the required services.
