Call off from Crown Commercial Services Estate Management Services Framework (RM6168)-(SC Ref:737046) The successful supplier will help HES understand our exposure and provide advice on non-domestic rates for Properties in Care, Offices and Depots across our estate. The successful supplier will provide a detailed strategy, which will include a review of HES’s portfolio with appeal recommendations, and a solution to reduce our rates liability including liaising with the Scottish Assessor Association and Assessors across Scotland.
