Flaxmill Creates Festival - AWARD-The tenderer is required to submit a quotation and proposal for the provision of a three-day public festival called 'Flaxmill Creates Festival' to be held at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings (hereafter referred to as 'SFM').
