Provision of Halton 0-19 (+025 SEND) Healthy Child Programme-The 0-19 (+25 SEND) Healthy Child Programme, integrated Public Health Nursing Service will provide clinical leadership, co-ordination, and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 (+25) HCP in the Halton Borough Council.
