Cat B - BIM Model Updates-Supplier required to update Business Information Model with Category B data for HMRC premises. The planned works are expected to cost between £130,000 and £150,000. There is a contingency of £200,000 in place to ensure that any unforeseen costs are covered should they arise. It is not anticipated that this will be used.
