The assignment includes management of the contracting authority's power portfolio in the contract period. The contracting authority is not a Clearing customer in the Nord Pool system. The tenderer must therefore operate under their own name in the Nord Pool system, and thereby act as the power supplier for the contracting authority. Tenderers must therefore have a turnover concession.
