Tender Results of Forsvarsbygg

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is in the process of renewing and adding equipment to the kitchen and mess at Ørland Air Station. New furnishing and equipment for industrial kitchens shall therefore be procured. The procurement is carried out as a supply contract, but must also include necessary engineering design, assembly at the construction site, commissioning and training. See the tender documentation part III for details. Tenderers are encouraged to ask questions if anything is unclear. A digital tender conference shall be held Monday 30.10.23 (09:00).

The framework agreement will cover the need that the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has for a flag service and security guard service at Kristiansten Fortress.

The framework agreement includes the hire of equipment/materiel. The agreement also covers other equipment/materiel that naturally belong under the agreement. There are separate agreements for hiring equipment for the below mentioned areas, and these areas are therefore not included in this agreement (an option may however be activated): Agreement R01207 - Bardufoss, Skjold and Setermoen Agreement R01209 - Bodø Option: The above existing agreements (R01207 and R01209) have maximum validity until 20.02.26. The above-mentioned geographical areas, Bodø as well as Bardufoss, Skjold and Setermoen, may subsequently be individually incorporated in this agreement. The above-mentioned geographical areas may also, individually, be incorporated into this Agreement if the agreements (R01207 and R01209) expire in value or are not prolonged. The estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. NOK 8,500,000 excluding VAT, including option. The maximum value over four years is estimated to NOK 13,000,000 excluding VAT.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for laboratory services.

The framework agreement is for the provision of courses for smoke divers for firemen. The course is for firemen and it must be held on location in Bodø.

Winter maintenance in Frigård, in accordance with the description in the tender documentation.

Construction of a new office building in Rena Camp.

Together with the Norwegian Armed Forces [Forsvaret], the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency [Forsvarsmateriell], the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment [Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt] and the National Security Authority [Nasjonal Sikkerhets Myndighet], the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers to cover the contracting authority's needs for exterior and interior signage for buildings and locations, as well as signage for large areas such as shooting and training ranges. The framework agreements also cover the production and delivery of signs, as well as other related services such as installation, graphic design and signage consultation.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] has established integrations between various internal and external data sources. We see a need for consultancy services to maintain these integrations, and in the future there may be new needs for integration between different data sources.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the delivery of electronic locks with service and maintenance to our locations.
