English Heritage Hot Beverage Products, Supplies and Equipment-English Heritage requires a single supplier that can provide coffee, hot chocolate and related ingredients suitable for use with its existing suite of coffee and hot chocolate machines and that can maintain, either directly or via sub-contracted arrangements, the existing machines (listed within Appendix C) during the life of the contract.
