Consultancy Services for Service Led Organisation-This contract has been awarded for consulting services to support DVSA to become more service-led and customer centric. The consultancy services will be required to provide their expert knowledge, tools and assessments to enable DVSA to successfully pilot service led as an approach by mapping an end-to-end customer journey.
