A framework agreement shall be entered into with one provider for the purchase of licence administration assistance, including LSP services (Licencing Solution Partner) and CSP services (Cloud Solution Provider). The framework agreement includes providing assistance to the contracting authority with the administration of licences and systems from Microsoft, as well as licences from other providers such as Atlassian, Veeam, Adobe etc. The agreement also includes the administration of software/licences from other providers that the contracting authority has or will procure during the agreement period. Included in the framework agreement is assistance to the contracting authority in safeguarding MS Azure and MS 365. DSB will enter into this agreement on behalf of the entities mentioned in the tender documentation's point 1.1 and 1.2. DSB is responsible for announcing the procurement and the signing and follow-up of the contract. Each entity has, however, independent responsibility for their orders and procurements based on the contract.
