The Services Of The Hostel Is To Be Carried Out Strictly As Per The Terms And Conditions And Scope Of Service Mentioned In Annexure A Of The Tender Document. b. The Tender Should Take Into Account The Obligations Of The Board And His Financial Obligations As Mentioned In Annexure B Of The Tender Document. c. The Tenderer Should Strictly Adhere To The Prescribed Menu As Specified In Annexure C Of The Tender Documents And Ensure That The Quality Of Food Served Is Good. d. The Tenderer Should Take Into Account The Catering And Housekeeping Services Of The Tender Documents, Which Are To Be Provided As Specified In The Table Below Per Occupancy Of The Working Women. e. The Rates Should Be Quoted In Figures And Words Both And Shall Be Firm For The Contract Period And Include For All Contractual Obligations To Carry Out The Job. No Escalation Of Prices Will Be Allowed. f. The Rate Should Be Quoted Inclusive Of All Taxes. g. The Contractor Should Note That Cantonment Board Pune/ceo, Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject The Same Without Assigning Any Reasons Thereof I/we Have Inspected The Working Women's Hostel Building Of Pune Cantonment Board At Jan Mohd. Street As Per The Details Given In The Tender Documents And Assessed The Scope Of Works Thoroughly And Have Also Gone Through The Tender Documents And Understood The Terms And Conditions Stipulated Therein Before The Quoting The Rates Herein Above. 1. I/we Will Maintain The Quality And Quantity Of Catering Services As Mentioned In The Tender Documents. 2. I/we Undertake That The Payment To The Employees Will Be As Per The The Rates Prescribed Under The Minimum Wages Act And As Mentioned From Time To Time.
