About the contract A prerequisite to succeed with release is continuity and good coordination between the Norwegian Correctional Services, different government administration partners, counties, and municipalities. When this coordination does not work there are holes that can prevent a successful release. The system challenges are well documented, whilst there has been little testing of possible multidisciplinary solutions. The goal in this project is to fill in the holes in the release process.
