Sources Sought •·        Salient Characteristics General - The Purpose Of This Document Is To Outline The Minimum Requirements For Relocatable Structures To Be Positioned At The Sere School At Fairchild Afb, Wa. Contractor Shall Provide A Realistic, Modular And Portable Training Aid/structures Village Environment. •·        Structure Minimum Requirements - Each Structure Must (at A Minimum) Comply With The Following: •o   Physical Characteristics •§  Each Structure Within The Training Village Shall Be Modular And Portable. The Structures Shall Be Movable With Heavy Equipment. Structures Shall Be Scalable. I.e. The Materials Used On The Outside Of The Structures Should Meet Osha Requirements To Safely Support The Weight Of A 250 Pound Person Climbing To The Top Of The Structure Without Damage. •§  Each Structure Shall Be Constructed Of Fire Resistant Materials On The Outside. •§  Structures Shall Be Made Of Modular Interlocking Panels. •§  Each Modular Panel Used To Construct Structures Shall Include Integral Locking Mechanism To Lock Panels Together To Form Structure. Modular Training Structures Shall Contain Adjustable Leg Supports, Allowing The Training Structure To Remain Level When Assembled On Uneven Ground. •§  Structures Shall Be Weatherproof And Capable Of Withstanding Environmental Factors Such As Standing Snow, Rain, And Sun Exposure. Roof Panels Shall Meet Or Exceed The Osha Requirement To Support A 250 Lbs. /sq. Ft. Load Rating. •§  Structures Should Include A Breachable Doorway Capable Of Withstanding Multiple Breaches Along With The Ability To Easily Replace Doors. Breachable Meaning The Ability To Withstand Getting Kicked In Repeatedly Without Permanent Damage. •§  Interior/exterior Finishes Shall Resemble Rustic Stone Or Mud To Provide Realistic Look And Feel Similar To A Typical Remote Iraqi/syrian Village. •§  Structures (not Wood Shanty) Shall Include Weatherproof Subflooring Capable Of Being In Contact With The Ground Without Degrading For A Minimum Of 5 Years. •§  Training Village Shall Consist Of The Following: •·        3x Wood Shanty - 8 Foot By 12 Foot- 7 To 8 Ft. In Height (no Floor) •·        2x Wood Shanty - 12 Foot By 16 Foot - 7 To 8 Ft. In Height (no Floor) •·        2x L-shape Model C Rhus - 2 Floors •o   1st Floor - 16 Foot By 20 Foot 7 To 8 Ft. In Height •o   2nd Floor - 8 Foot By 12 Foot 7 To 8 Ft. In Height •·        1x Model C Rhu - 2 Floors 7 To 8 Ft. In Height •o   1st Floor - 12 Foot By 32 Foot •o   2nd Floor - 12 Foot By 16 Foot •§  All Structures That Are 12 X 16 Or Above Shall Contain Interior Walls And Doors To Provide Individual Rooms Within The Structure.  Ceilings In Each Room Must Be 7 To 8 Ft. In Height. •·        Specifics            •o   Contractor Shall Provide A Layout Design Based On The Information Stated Above. •o   Installation Will Be Performed By The Manufacturer And 22nd Trs Sere Personnel To Provide Training On Assembly/disassembly/care. The Contractor Must Deliver To Fairchild Afb, Wa And Setup The Units At The Designated Location. •o   Manufacturer Shall Provide Longest Available Commercial Warranty On Defects In Materials Or Workmanship.   training:  Contractor Will Train 4 Individuals For Up To 6 Hours On Assembly, Disassembly, Maintenance, And Relocation Of The Structures.
