Information Exchange Agreement (IEA) is to establish the terms, conditions, and safeguards under which the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Immunization and Vaccine Administration Data Reporter will be transmitted to the CDC, certain information, records, or data for reporting COVID-19 vaccine administration events through system-to-system information exchange between the COVID-19 Data Clearinghouse information system and the Non-CDC Organization system(s).
