Red Meat Supply Chain - Economic Evaluation-Background / Aims: The aim of this report is to provide our Levy Payers with a clear economic assessment of the red meat (Beef, Lamb and Pork) sectors both at an England and GB level from birth through to point of sale at retail, with both direct and indirect economic contributions accounted for.
