CWF 1A - Boiler Replacement Works at Eskdale House EPH-The Council wishes to procure the following work: r The works comprise the removal of the existing boiler plant and replacement with new. Works to r include alterations to the pipes, pumps, HVAC controls and insulation of pipework as detailed in the M&E consultants' drawings and specification. Works will be taking place alongside a larger project being carried out by a principal contractor already on site.
