France-Saint-Denis: Engineering design services - The purpose of the Contract is to entrust the Holder with the mission of contributing to the design, production, creation and delivery of the Works covered by the Contract, namely in particular: (i) the Design of the Torch, the Design of the Mini-cauldron and the Design of the Basin, each one having respectively vocation to allow the modeling and the material manufacture of the Torch, the Mini-cauldron and the Basin (external artistic designs), and; (ii) the Drawing of the Torch, intended to allow Paris 2024 and any third party authorized by it to be able to carry out all operations requiring an illustration of the Torch, and in particular the use of derivative or merchandising products
