The scope of the work includes 1. The agency shall provide vehicles of class BS-IV and model 2016 or later improved versions to the officials as per requirement, with all connected documents and well-behaved skilled driver having knowledge of routes and repairs of cars with valid driving license. 2. In case of breakdown or servicing or repair of vehicle in use, the agency shall provide alternate vehicle of same Make and Model within 30 minutes on the same day. 3. The agency shall maintain the log sheet as per pro-forma approved by CESC for every trip/requisition separately. The log sheet should be got signed by the user which would indicate the opening and the closing meter reading with time and date at the point of starting or ending the journey by the user. Log Sheets in support of the monthly bill for payment shall be submitted. 4. The vehicle should be registered under commercial use only (Yellow board). The front & rear glass and side windows should not be covered with sunfilms.
