CEFAS24-125 Contract for long read sequencing on pollack samples-Background: The reference genome for pollack originated from a specimen collected from the English Channel. Cefas require a supplier to perform long read sequencing (using nanopore, pac-bio or other appropriate platform) on pollack samples collected from alternative areas of the Northeast Atlantic.
