CEFAS23-82 Contract for Sri Lankan Oiled Wildlife Response under the Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP)-The Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP) was announced this year as a key bilateral aid programme under the £500m Blue Planet Fund.
