BEMS Upgrade Contractor-Cardiff University has a site wide Trend Building Energy Management System covering all major properties. The system has been developed incrementally over a number of years. The works proposed in this invitation are the replacement of 50 x life expired selected BEMS controllers, Motor Control Centres (MCCs), associated power and control equipment, in order to increase efficiency of M&E plant.
