Cambridge City Council - Net Zero Retrofit Pilot - Cost Consultancy-Cambridge City Council are seeking to appoint a Cost Consultant to provide pre and post contract services on its Net Zero Retrofit Pilot Project. The project proposes a broad package of energy efficiency measures to up to 50 existing residential properties on two streets in Cambridge - Ross Street and Coldham's Grove.
