Burnley Heritage Action Zone - Professional Services-Burnley Council requires the services of a suitable multi-disciplined company or consortia, experienced in historic building repair and restoration to support the implementation of Council's 'Exemplar Scheme'. The role of the Consultant is to manage all aspects of the development/design and delivery of the scheme in partnership with the Council, whilst ensuring value for money and that high standards of building repair and conservation are achieved.
