The objective of this service contract is to offset the carbon footprint of the European Parliament.

Provision of dry cleaning and laundry services for MEPs, their assistants and the European Parliament staff inside the Spinelli building.

The commissioning of external experts to prepare the studies and provide a necessary support to ten European Coordinators is necessary to ensure the coherent implementations of the European Transport Corridors and the European Maritime Space (EMS). The intention is to conclude two yearly contracts (with a possibility to extend them for another 2 years) for each of nine European Transport Corridors and one EMS. The maximum value of the contract EUR 8,990,000.00 covers a 4-year contract duration.

European Commission is seeking the support of a contractor for the implementation of the initiative 'Communities for Climate' (C4C). This initiative aims at supporting a series of organised local communities wishing to undertake local actions against climate change. The purpose of this pilot action is to contribute to the fight against climate change by supporting local community-led initiatives. The aims are to spot new and innovative ideas for citizens engagement for climate change, develop new models of citizens climate actions, help the established communities develop new activities addressing climate issues locally and to assess the potential of this type of action in the broad framework of EU action.

This call for tender focuses on the continuation and expansion of the current activities of the Just Transition Platform. It covers the following tasks: managing the JTP Secretariat, organising JTP Conferences twice a year, ensuring the continuation of stakeholder engagement through new JTP working groups, covering additional JTF territories with the support provided to the Member States and regions through technical assistance and expert exchanges, as well as producing new knowledge products and reaching out with JTF communication to targeted groups in the JTF regions.

Services to support to the International Erasmus+ Alumni networks. Under this framework contract, these international student and alumni networks will benefit from administrative, organisational, logistical, communication and technical support services, legal, accounting and linguistic services, as well as content development and structured feedback on EU educational mobility programmes and their impact. This project brings together European Union funded exchange students and alumni from any education and training sector through support to the Erasmus+ Student and Alumni Alliance (ESAA) and regional alumni associations, in particular the Western Balkans Alumni Association (WBAA) and the African Student and Alumni Forum (ASAF).

The objective of this call for tenders is to continue to develop, provide relevant content and maintain the entrepreneurial e-learning platform that has been developed under the pilot project since 2021, as well as to provide relevant content to the existing EU Academy platform. The services that are the subject of this call for tenders are described in detail in the tender specifications in Section 1.

The Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) includes EU bioenergy sustainability criteria covering biofuels, bioliquids, biomass fuels as well as criteria for emissions savings and production of renewable fuels on non-biological origin and recycled carbon fuels. The Commission also proposed a certification framework of low carbon fuels. The objective of the contract is to provide technical assistance for the implementation of the EU sustainability criteria for all these fuels in the period post-2022.This contract will focus on the assessment of the performance of voluntary and national certification schemes for all types of RES and low carbon fuels and the implementation of relevant methodologies. It will also cover aspects of traceability of RES energy as well as implementing of reporting obligations of certification schemes and EU Member States.

In order to ensure effective, reliable and consistent monitoring and control of compliance with EU road transport legislation there must be an adequate enforcement mechanism in place. In recognition of the importance of law enforcement, the EU introduced certain minimum requirements for carrying out controls of compliance with the relevant rules during controls at roadside and checks at premises of the road transport undertaking. Despite developments made at national, European and international levels to step up enforcement, the complexity of the rules applicable to highly mobile road transport sector remains a huge challenge. The general objective of the project is to initiate the process of creating a regulatory and technological environment for checking compliance with the EU road transport rules in the smartest and most efficient possible way, using the potential of the existing and emerging digitalisation, automation and communication technologies.

For projects requiring high quality, specific and/or artistic photos as well as for large-scale communication campaigns, the contractor shall be tasked to organize photo shoots on specific topics. The subjects of the photos can be either people, places or objects. Depending on the scope and emergency of the project/campaign, the contractor might be asked to organize different types of photo shoots. The tenderer is requested to have the full technical and logistic capacities to provide the services described below: 1. scouting of personalities; 2. organisation of photo shoots in one single location/country; 3. organisation of photo shoots in several EU countries.
