The subject of this call for tenders is to procure similar services complementary to the Information System on Commercial Designations for Fishery and Aquaculture Products (FAPs) to integrating the new sustainability indicators (SI), previously referenced as marketing standards. To this aim, the information system on commercial designations will adapt, update and maintain the necessary changes, including the mobile app. The system will support a publicly accessible IT tool for the grading of fisheries based on, at least initially, two indicators: status of targeted stock and impact on the seabed. The development of the tool will include the required database to be built, updated and maintained. The information system is ultimately aimed at being a simple and accessible means to promote a responsible and sustainable fishery and consumption of FAPs.

This action aims at developing a recyclability index for photovoltaic modules, to be built up starting from the general methods laid down in the horizontal standards developed under M/543 and under eco-design and energy labelling regulatory framework.

The study shall cover the following funds and programming periods: — 2014-2020 programming period: ERDF, CF, ESF, EAFRD and EMFF; — 2021-2027 programming period: ERDF, CF, ESF+, JTF, EMFAF, AMIF, ISF and BMVI. The study shall take stock of the actual use of the SCO and FNLC through collecting and analysing data in all 27 MSs and UK for 2014-2020 period. As regards the period 2021-2027, the study shall take stock of the actual and planned use of the SCO and FNLC through collecting and analysing data in all 27 Member States and the BMVI programmes of Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. The contractor shall cover all programmes in all the countries for respective programming period and a representative sample of beneficiaries, to be agreed with EC. The list of programmes to be covered by the study (approximately 500 programmes for each programming period) will be provided by the European Commission during the kick off meeting.

This pilot project is a continuation and budget extension of the existing pilot to provide assistance for the development of citizen energy communities and renewable energy communities in the field of building energy renovation. This pilot project aims to overcome financial, legal and technical barriers to citizen-led renovation projects. A specific Union support service should be created for Citizens Energy Communities (CEC) and Renewable Energy Communities (REC), which are new actors enshrined in the Union legislation able to catalyse citizens’ engagement in various aspects of the ecological transition, including renovation projects. Phase II aims to support a much wider deployment of the assistance, support and monitoring activities. It will also ensure the coordination between Phase I, Phase II and relevant initiatives financed under Horizon Europe and LIFE programmes. Phase II will take over the exchange platform upon completion of the work carried out in Phase I.

This tender aims to cover the supply of a series of services and associated expertise enabling the Audiovisual Unit of the European Parliament to conduct a strategic development regarding its broadcast and multimedia infrastructure in Strasbourg and in Brussels, supported by a team of experts, taking into account several – technical, operational, financial and environmental – challenges.

Horizon Europe Work Programme 2021-2022 EIE: This action supports a study resulting in a mapping and scoping of the present volume of frugal and reverse innovation. It should provide orientations to support the development of a Common language with a sufficiently broad definition of the concepts to inform potential future policy measures and support a more comprehensive approach at EU level. In doing so, this action can serve as a basis to bring together the different actors of frugal and reverse innovation, and help create a well-connected and robust sustainable innovation ecosystem in Europe.
