Medical check-up services for absences for medical reasons in three geographical areas: Lot 1: Belgium – Lot 2: Luxembourg – Lot 3: France. The object of the contract is to provide the department managing medical absences with service providers to cover the needs for controlling and monitoring the absences of members of the Parliament's staff. The service provider will be responsible for carrying out the medical check-up missions decided by the European Parliament, in accordance with Articles 59 and 60 of the Staff Regulations, Articles 13 and 15 of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations and Articles 16, 33, 91, 101, 102, 131, paragraph 5, and 135 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union. These controls aim exclusively to verify whether the medical absence and its expected duration are justified on the day of the medical check-up.

Study supporting the preparation of the Commission report on the application of the SEA Directive for the period 2015-2021. The study will compile, assess and synthesise relevant information and evidence on the status of application and effectiveness of the SEA Directive across all 27 EU Member States, with due account taken of the respective national laws and implementation practices.

The study will produce an analysis of barriers, good practices and recommendations with the aim of strengthening the European Commission’s knowledge-based approach to early and continuous assessment of circularity, sustainability, EU resilience and technological autonomy aspects of the development process for emerging technologies. The focus is on energy supply within the clean energy transition in the context of the EU framework programme for research and innovation, with a specific focus on Destination 3 (sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply) of Cluster 5 (energy, climate and mobility). The study will propose a methodology for assessing emerging technologies’ contribution to circularity, sustainability, EU resilience and technological autonomy at each technology readiness level (TRL) in the context of the Horizon Europe work programmes.

The commissioning of external experts to prepare the studies and provide a necessary support to ten European Coordinators is necessary to ensure the coherent implementations of the European Transport Corridors and the European Maritime Space (EMS). The intention is to conclude two yearly contracts (with a possibility to extend them for another 2 years) for each of nine European Transport Corridors and one EMS. The maximum value of the contract EUR 8 990 000,00 covers a 4-year contract duration.
