Fee-based service contract to implement communication activities in the following areas : (i) awareness raising and information campaigns on the impact of EU support in the enlargement region, including audio-visual production; (ii) real time dissemination of information on the same subject, among others through online and social media; (iii) support to EU Delegations/Office and European Commission Headquarters (Directorate General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations) in their communication activities; (iv) opinion polls and media monitoring.

The objective of the European Commission is to publish an evidence based ex-post evaluation of CETA analysing its economic, social and environmental impact after five years of provisional application. For this a call for tenders will be launched with the aim to commission a study in support of the ex-post evaluation of CETA between the European Union and its Member States and Canada.

This action aims at developing standardised (pre-normative) methods relevant to eco-design and energy labelling of photovoltaics. In particular, there would be two sets of methods developed: • standardised method for the calculation and testing of the yield of bifacial photovoltaic modules; and • standardised method for the measurement and testing of the long-term degradation of the photovoltaic modules performance (some activity started with the preparation of the IEC 63209 standard). The main aspects of interest (e.g. thermal fatigue, damp heat, etc.) should be identified. The research should cover at least: • characterisation (e.g. insulation test, wet leakage current test) and stabilisation techniques to be applied; • procedure for the collection of testing samples; • definition of the testing protocols, testing sequence and, when applicable, pass criteria, related to the various aspects of interest (e.g. thermal fatigue, damp heat, etc.).

The commissioning of external experts to prepare the studies and provide a necessary support to ten European Coordinators is necessary to ensure the coherent implementations of the European Transport Corridors and the European Maritime Space (EMS). The intention is to conclude two yearly contracts (with a possibility to extend them for another 2 years) for each of nine European Transport Corridors and one EMS. The maximum value of the contract EUR 8 990 000,00 covers a 4-year contract duration.

The European Parliament (EP) is looking for the provision of support services for the organisation of communication and information activities of the European Parliament Liaison Offices (EPLOs). This contract concerns the activities carried out by the EP in Italy, in the capital as well as in the different regions for a decentralised communication. The services can also be requested for cross-border activities with neighbouring countries.

This call for tenders is launched in view to conclude a service contract for the provision of the following services: 1. the organisation of the SME Week; 2. the conference organisation for the yearly SME policy conference called the SME Assembly; 3. provide support for the organisation of the european enterprise promotion awards. In addition to that, the contractor will have to: • design and implement a comprehensive and innovative outreach and engagement strategy for the activities and results forming part of the contract; • propose an innovative and high impact concept of the promotion of the SME Week among European citizens; • propose a concept for the showcasing of ‘Secrets of Success’ and produce it. The services that are the subject of this call for tenders are described in detail in the tender specifications in Section 1.

The study will provide the elements to prefigure a Digital Product Passport for body armour inserts in line with pre-defined specific objectives.

With this call for tenders the EU-RAIL wants to avail itself with the expertise in rail passenger aspects and human resources – railway workers perspective to complement the ongoing R&I activities and provide them with the relevant inputs that will help to shape the developed technological solution.

The main goal of the proposed contract is to prepare new ELD training, building on the basis of existing materials, but extending their scope, content, formats and ways of delivering of the trainings; including through workshops dedicated to specific Member States and through e-learning.

Action should focus on legal and policy initiatives in the intersection of emerging technologies and provide a better understanding of how the regulatory environment at EU, national and regional level may affect market uptake of emerging deep-tech solutions.
