De opdracht heeft het organiseren en coördineren van busvervoer van cruisepassagiers tussen de gangway van aanmerende cruiseschepen en het ABC Terminalgebouw in de Haven van Zeebrugge tot voorwerp. Het personenvervoer is seizoensgebonden en heeft een periodiek karakter. De afstand tussen de gangway van het cruiseschip (Zweedse Kaai) en het Terminalgebouw bedraagt 1 km. Voor meer informatie, zie punt III. van het bestek. De totale duur van de overeenkomst mag een termijn van 8 jaar niet overschrijden. Maximale waarde van de totale raamovereenkomst: de maximale waarde van de totale raamovereenkomst over de gehele looptijd voor alle voorgenomen opdrachten is vastgesteld op 2.000.000 euro exclusief btw.

The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender with a view to obtain one or more framework contracts for the provision of expertise services in the field of occupational health and safety for its staff.

The action is directly aimed at supporting the development and implementation of sound evidence base for R&I policies in the field of smart energy systems, encompassing all energy vectors and including storage. Energy system integration, digitalisation and power grid flexibility are important themes. The action will support the coordination of stakeholder views on R&I strategy by using existing structures (including the BRIDGE initiative and the ETIP Smart Networks for the Energy Transition) and possible new initiatives (if applicable), and by building on the strategic energy technology plan approach and developments. It will also mobilise inputs and feedback coming from the R&I communities and EU-funded projects and provide advice and feedback to EU policy-making processes supporting the rollout of policy instruments.

The purpose of the contract is to cover media planning and media buying plus associated services for communication activities undertaken by the European Parliament and other participating European institutions as contracting authorities. It concerns: (a) the development of media strategies and associated research and consultancy services; (b) the development of media plans; (c) media buying, including price negotiations, media space management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting; (d) production, adaptation and transfer of communication assets associated to the media buying services. The underlying communication activities can range from the placing of a single advertisement in one specific media channel to multi-channel, multi-country campaigns.
