The Innovative Health Initiative Joint Undertaking intends to conclude a service framework contract with an economic operator to acquire periodic study reports on various bibliometric outputs of projects funded by IMI/IHI with the aim of monitoring the performance of IMI/IHI publication data along the lifecycle of the programme.

The subject of this procurement is the provision of an on-line correction tool for the European Pre-Baccalaureate Examinations scripts and Baccalaureate Examinations scripts of all European Baccalaureate subjects, in all European Union languages. Currently the European Baccalaureate Examination can be taken in 13 European Schools and 10 Accredited Schools spread all over the European Union, for a total of approximately 2650 pupils. 12.500 scripts on average are thus corrected in over 15 working days during the June session of the European Baccalaureate.

The Commission's ‘Security’ Directorate (hereinafter ‘HR.DS’) is responsible for ensuring the security of the Commission’s staff, information, buildings and equipment. The purpose of this call for tenders is to enable CoR departments to have at their disposal a framework contract for the provision of scientific, legal, documentary and editorial assistance services for CoR bodies, members, rapporteurs and departments. This request for services entrusted to external experts is one of the measures taken to provide members with better services in order to strengthen and enhance the CoR's consultative work within the framework of the legislative process.

The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of and support to training. The training seminars will cover on all areas related to the management and implementation of the 2021-2027 period, in particular the regulatory package and the modifications therein, and the monitoring and evaluation requirements, financial management, simplification, ex ante conditionality, performance framework, comitology, as well as connected areas of relevance, such as public procurement, competition and State aid, integrity, fight against fraud and corruption, etc. The objective of the training is to develop the best possible competences of Commission staff, managing authorities and other programme authorities/implementing bodies in the Member States in order to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of cohesion policy.
