Northern Ireland Entrepreneurship Support Service (NIESS) Enquiry Handling Service-The Northern Ireland Enterprise Support Service (NIESS) will provide enterprise support provision across four pillars (Engage, Foundation, Enabling Growth and Accelerated Scaling) for the whole of Northern Ireland.
