INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF WEED CONTROL SERVICES-Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hart District Council (Councils) currently have responsibility for treatment and control of weeds on Hampshire County Council (HCC) owned footpaths and pavements.
