The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Division, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of hearing aids, ear moulds, tinnitus masking devices, repair services, accessories, and spare parts. The aim of the procurement is to establish an assortment of hearing aids, ear moulds, and tinnitus masking devices with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of relevant users, as well as facilitate procurements of repair services. 

The purpose of the procurement is to procure stock lifts for NAV assistive aid central in Vestfold and Telemark for storage of accessories and reserve parts for assistive aids. The aim is to optimise the stock capacity by maximising the use of the premises' height.

The contract for the purchase of transport services will involve bringing and collecting assistive aids to and from the respective locations in the county and from and to municipal reception sites, as well as driving between the contracting authority's two locations in accordance with the information in the annexes. The combined value of the procurement is approx. NOK 10,385 million excluding VAT for the contract period and the first option period up to the moving date, which is expected to be in February 2026. The amount includes fixed routes as well as driving between locations which currently happens 1 time/week. Express routes will be added. 

NAV Vestland has procured the labour market measure Work related rehabilitation (in old Hordaland) for employees who are reported sick and persons with reduced working capacity in such a way that the person concerned is prevented from getting employment or keeping paid work. The procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR) with any later amendments. The procurement will include electric wheelchairs with manual control - dividable or collapsible for adults, with the accompanying accessories and spare parts, and services for wheelchairs so that they can be tested, repaired, and made ready for reuse. The maximum total value of the contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value.

NAV hjelpemiddelsentral Vestfold og Telemark will move into new premises in August 2023. New address: Rødbølveien 26, 3270 Larvik. The contracting authority needs to procure a cabinet washing machine for the new technical aids centre in Larvik. The cabinet washing machine is to be assembled in the reruns reception on the ground floor for washing technical aids that are to be prepared for reuse.

The purpose of the procurement is to establish a range of beds, bed bases, mattresses, backboards and bedside tables that is broad enough to cover the majority of the needs of the relevant users. The procurement is split into 14 individual lots to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups. Each lot is an independent call for tenders. The maximum total value per lot can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. The detailed contents of the procurement are specified in the tender documentation.

NAV Tiltak Trøndelag will procure framework agreements for the labour market initiative Follow-up. Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept. NAV Troms og Finnmark has entered into a framework agreement with a provider of individual labour market training (Norwegian: AMO) places which will result in a certificate/attestation maritime professions.
