The measure is for persons who require more comprehensive follow-up assistance than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer. The objective is that the measure will contribute to the job applicants being qualified for vacant positions. The measure must contribute to participants increasing their possibilities for participation in working life through teaching and support to acquire the curriculum, and be able to pass an external examination in individual subjects within the education programme specialisation in general studies at sixth form level. NAV Tiltak Trøndelag shall enter into framework agreements for the labour market initiative Work Assessment. The work assessment includes mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The clarification measure shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work. The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the Procurement Division has held an open tender contest for the procurement of aids for controlling surroundings with accompanying services. It is the NAV technical aids centres that, through NAV Central Supply Unit, can make call-offs under the contract. It must be possible to deliver the products and services to all of the country's counties.

The purpose of the procurement is for participants to obtain a driving licence and be qualified for work as a professional bus driver (driving licence class D). Most participants will need a comprehensive training and qualification course in order obtain a driving licence, but some participants may only need to take parts of the training course. Based on this, NAV Measure Oslo finds it appropriate to offer qualification for bus driver services as both group classes and individual AMOs. This procurement will include a group-based training course where participants receive practical experience and the necessary qualifications to work as a bus driver. NAV Oslo would like to enter into framework agreements for the labour market measure Follow-Up. Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept.
