Provision of home and community-based care and support services SDS 3 (2023 Angus Framework Re-Opened)-Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus.
