The required prior work experience for the bidder is 2 years in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide proof of past experience and have a Satisfactory Performance Certificate for the last three years. The bidder must substantially be engaged in similar kind of work, i.e., providing manpower-based services for sanitation and housekeeping, in India for Central/State Governments/PSUs/autonomous bodies, etc., during the last three financial years. MSE (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and startups are exempt from the years of experience and turnover criteria. The estimated bid value is 57727732, and the minimum average annual turnover of the bidder is 173 Lakh. The bidder should have an average turnover of at least Rs. 1,72,67,703/- for the last three audited financial years. The bidder must be maintaining a panel of 300+ requisite sanitation & housekeeping personnel having requisite qualification and working experience of 1+ year in the sanitation & housekeeping field.
