Providing, laying and constructing first class burnt brick masonry of thickness 230 mm and above in specified cement mortar at all heights and depths for compound walls, wall footings, parapets, partitions, steps, drains, manholes, trenches, etc. including raking out joints, staging scaffoldings and curing, etc. complete in all respect as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Project Manager.

Providing, laying & fixing first quality Vitrified tiles of approved make, size & colour flooring, including preparation of 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 sand) & (cement: 4coarse laying of tiles on cement mortar bed at all heights & levels including provision for fixing of all required specials, cutting of tiles, etc. grouting, pointing and finishing the thin |joints in grey/white cement with pigments to match the shade of |tiles etc. complete in all respect as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Project Manager. The Items mentioned below must incorporate the following items : Glass should be plain. All fasteners should be of stainless steel.Water test for leakage at joints to be carried out. All joints should be sealed with silicone of the approved make. All Hardware shall be of good quality.

Providing and fixing High Grade Aluminium coating profile sheet (0.6 mm thick) of JSW make or equivalent ribbed profile all floors including making necessary holes screws and other fixture as required complete in all respect at all floors. (Rate shall include scaffolding which shall be provided by the contractor with all the safety of the workers employed and nothing extra shall be paid on this account).
