The bid capacity required in the given tender is 18 MW for Grid Connected RTS Projects, which is equivalent to 18000 kW. The formula for quoting the tariff is a single levelized tariff as a bidding parameter, which shall be a firm & fixed levelized tariff quoted in Rs./kWh for the full term of the PPA. The tariff should be quoted while accounting for the cost of grid-connectivity and net metering application/security deposit, and all costs associated with net-metering will have to be borne by the successful Bidder/SPD. The tariff has to be quoted in Indian Rupee per kWh up to two places of decimal only.
