The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar work of a certain magnitude during the last 7 years. The magnitude requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated Contract Price (ECPT). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the ECPT. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the ECPT. Specifically, for certain parts of the work, the following experience is required: - For UPS System: Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of ECPT (Rs. 45,75,289/-), or Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of ECPT, or One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of ECPT. - For Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System: Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of ECPT (Rs. 95,37,342/-), or Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of ECPT, or One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of ECPT. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, which are defined as "Construction of R.C.C. framed structure having minimum one building of any number of storeys or completing balance construction work of R.C.C. framed structure (including structural work) having minimum one building of any number of storeys including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, internal electrification and at least one of the E&M services". The required prior work experience is as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 56.02 Crores - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 84.03 Crores - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 112.04 Crores For specific parts of the work, such as Part C-6: LAN SYSTEM, with an ECPT of Rs. 72,31,341/-, the bidder needs to have completed: - Three similar works each costing at least 40% of Rs. 72,31,341/-, which is Rs. 28,92,536.40. - Two similar works each costing at least 60% of Rs. 72,31,341/-, which is Rs. 43,38,804.60. - One similar work costing at least 80% of Rs. 72,31,341/-, which is Rs. 57,85,072.80. For Part C-7: IP EPABX SYSTEM, with an ECPT of Rs. 17,85,724/-, the bidder needs to have completed: - Three similar works each costing at least 40% of Rs. 17,85,724/-, which is Rs. 7,14,289.60. - Two similar works each costing at least 60% of Rs. 17,85,724/-, which is Rs. 10,71,434.40. - One similar work costing at least 80% of Rs. 17,85,724/-, which is Rs. 14,28,579.20.
