Cleaning of chocked pipe drain / sewer line by mechanical means diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and desilting of manholes and de-chocking of drains / sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of drains / sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for pipe drains / sewer line of all sizes. The rate are inclusive of all operations mentioned above and includes cost of :- (i) Supply of all materials, labour, T&P. temporary power connection with stand by generator set of required capacity. (ii) Arrangement of Gas detector, forced air ventilaters etc. wherever required. (iii)Removal of all hindrances / obstructions, unforeseen item, permission from other department (Department will only assist in getting the permission etc.) (iv) Cutting bituminous road, excavation demolishing of brick work, cement concrete, RCC wherever required and restoring the same. (v) Observing all norms/guidelines of National Green Tribunal or Department of Environment or other statuary body as per the law of land. (vi) Maintain all standard of health, hygiene & cleanliness. (vii) Arrangement of all safety measures as per provision / guidelines as per IS 11972-1987 & international standard. (viii) Arrangement of traffic control devices, traffic approval wherever required, barricading, display of sign board, insurance of labour & machinery. (ix) Videography & Photography of desilting operation. Payment will be made on production of video & photos of desiting operation. Note-1:- Only 70% payment will be released after desilting of drains two times & balance 30% will only be released after satisfactory maintenance of desilted drains Throughout the year. Note-2 :- The drain should be desilted completely two times in a year (1st within 3 months after award of work and 2nd after 6 Months) if particular drain is reported not to be desilted than a penalty equal to quoted rates of that drain (item) shall be imposed for non completion of work.
