Supplying, Assembling, Erection and installation of continuously tapered multi faced and polygon cross-section of 12 mtr. high mast shaft with suitable size base plate complete with S/F twin dome aviation obstruction lights with two nos. 12 watt. LED Lamp with all other provisions for execution in conformation with detail technical specification:- a) The mast shaft shall be in 2 sections of suitable sectional lengths with slip joints b/w various sections without any circumpherial welding hot dipped galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per Is : 875 part-III b) Double drum winch provided with raising and lowering device suitable for operation with portable power tool for electrical operation with a remote control switch. c) Separate handle for manual operation of winch with a torque limiting device for safe ducking of carriage. d) Raising and lowering type lantern carriage designed to carry 6 nos. flood light fittings symmetrically mounted luminaries, control gear box, junction box and top pulley assembly with weather proof cover. e) 3 wire suspension system with steel wire rope of suitable size not less than 6 mm dia. f) Flexible copper power cable for connection of suitable size. g) Hinged service door in bore section, bore plate, earthing terminals. h) One no. heavy duty 1.2 mtr. long hot dipped galvanized lighting finial i). Supply of Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates. j). Bottom dia:- 310 mm, Top Dia:- 150 mm, Sheet Thickness:- 3.3 mm

F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >80 , under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle 30 deg-120deg as per the application and the project requirement deg. suitable tilt able fitting, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report , CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥120 and <135 lm/Watt output. LM79 & LM80 Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminum housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). i) 200 watt

Providing and laying in position of M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement, concrete foundation of size 900mm x 900 mm x 3000 mm i/c excavation of earth & Providing cutting, bending & placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 25 mm dia 3000 mm long app.-12 Nos. & reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia 3600 mm approx. -20 Nos. (Spacing 150 mm) as required with positing of foundation volts & providing 90 mm dia HDPE pipe for cable entry & exist as reqd. at site.
