Drains above 600mm upto 1200mm in width and all depths / drains upto 1200 mm dia pipes.

Regular monthly desiltig of PWD's open/ covered/ pipe/ RCC box / brick drains and culverts etc. by deploying labour / supersucker/ pumps/ jetting machines/ any other suitable mechanical means including taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags, all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish and its final disposal to authorised MCD/any other dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes all above operations including taking out silt/ floating material/ malba/ waste materials etc. from the drains/ culverts, keeping it adjacent to drains for its drying (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge), its disposal to any temporary dumping ground to be arranged by agency. (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) and its final disposal to MCD/any other dumping ground, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, all inclusive. ( The cost of disposal of silt / floating material/ malba/ waste materials etc. from drain side/temporary dumping ground (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) will be paid seperately under agreement item. Note:- The payment under this aggrement item is for regular desilting of any stretch of drain and will be made once only after its regular desilting for a period of four months and not on monthly basis though the rates indicated in agreement items are for per metre per month.

Disposal of silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags, all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish / similar unserviceable dimantled or waste materials by mechanical means/including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Dumping Ground Management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of dumping ground will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments for disposal under this item will be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts), the agency shall also submit pre & post photograph in soft/hard copy.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100 mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The rates includes all above operations including including opening/closing Sump Cover/Chamber Cover, taking out silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from Sump/Chamber (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge), its disposal to any temporary dumping ground (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) and its final disposal to MCD/any other dumping ground, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, all inclusive. (The cost of disposal of silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from drain side/temporary dumping ground (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) will be paid seperately under agreement item no 3.

PART-C (Electrical)

SH-I (Operation & Routine Maintenance of Pump Houses)

Providing services for routine maintenance & operation of storm water pump sets, DG sets & attending day to day complaints/ minor setting/ cleaning of electrical lighting fixtures, LT panel board & control switchgears of dewatering pump set & DG sets etc. along with cleaning of floating particles like plastic, bottles & other garbage from sump water with the help of essential tools i/c watch & ward of Storm Water Pumping Station situated at various locations by deploying following staff on all days of Month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached etc. complete as required.

SH-II (Comprehensive Maintenance of Storm Water Pump Sets)

Comprehensive maintenance of Storm Water Pump Sets (Centrifugal / Submersible / Diesel Engine type) of different capacity complete with electric motor, suction and delivery pipe line, non returns valves, electrical installations like heavy duty change over switches, TPN fuse switch units/ MCCB, starter, cable including dismantling, servicing, repairing, rewinding, overhauling, lowering and lifting etc. as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached complete as required.

SH-III (Comprehensive Maintenance of Storm Water Management System)

Comprehensive maintenance of Konfidance make Storm Water Management System comprising automation panel, VFD pane, SCADA software, sensor, internet charges, microprocessor unit & electrical control panel etc. for smooth functioning of the system as required at following site with minimum Two Visits per month by Technical Engineer and additional visit in case of breakdown as and when at site complete as per Inventory required.

SH-IV (Providing DG Sets on hire)

Providing services of following capacity silent type DG set on hire charges basis with one time diesel in following quantities (but without DG Set Operator) with suitable capacity change over switch & suitable size of XLPE armoured cable upto 100 Mtrs. & also provide 200 ltrs. capacity storage tank/drum for fuel for each location at various Storm Water Pumping Stations on different locations on all days of Month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached etc. complete as required. (a) 160 KVA - 1 No. (with 200 Litre Diesel one time for each)
