SUB HEAD II: BUS DUCTING & LT PANEL

MAIN LT Panel Normal Supply Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type LT panel suitable for 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 800 Amps capacity extensible type TPN Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit with stand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable section, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of suitable size at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing and fixing following switch gears:- Panel depth shall not be less than 1100 mm. ........................ INCOMING (Two Nos. transformer + 01 Nos. Generator/Alternate supply) 3 Nos. - 630 Amps each four pole horizontal drawout type air circuit breaker, fault breaking capacity 50KA, (Ics=Icu=Icw upto 415/433 Volt) for 1 sec electrically operated (EDO) fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IEC60947/IS-13947/Part-II/1993 latest version as amended up to date complete with following accessories for each ACB. 2 Nos. for each transformer and 1 nos. Standby for future purpose ( For connecting DG while election etc.) a) Independent electrical and manual spring closing mechanism - 1 No. b) Microprocessor releases based release (EMI & EMC certified) for over current, earth fault & short circuit protection with LCD display for display all three current and neutral current, release should self powered requiring no external power supply (i.e. In case of power failure operator can check cause of fault data on LCD display with data and time) over temperature projection with minimum fault history (20 Trips).In case of BMS connectivity through RS485 port the release shall enable the user full control over the breaker and also the protection data and Trip data - 1 set. ......................... c) Under voltage release - 1 No d) Digital type Voltmeter (0-500 V), 96mm square flush pattern with selector switch & back up 2 Amps SP MCB. e) Digital type Ammeter (0-800Amps), 96mm square flush pattern with selector switch and one set of 3 nos. CT's of 800/5A Class I accuracy and 15 VA burden - 1 set + additionally 1 set for APFC panel f) 3 Nos. Phase indication LED lamps with 2 Amps MCB back up, breaker 'ON' indicating light with 2A MCB, test terminal block set, circuit wiring as perstandard practice, auxiliary contacts for positive interlocking of the breaker as reqd. g) Electrical and Mechanical Interlocking - 1 No. BUS COUPLERS 2 No. - 800 Amps four pole horizontal drawout type air circuit breaker of fault breaking capacity 50 kA (Ics = Icu = Icw upto 415/433V ) for 1 sec .electrically operated (EDO), fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IEC 60947/IS-13947/Part-II/1993 latest version as amended up-to-date complete with following accessories for each ACB. ........................ a) Independent electrical and manual spring closing mechanism - 1 No. b) Breaker 'ON' indicating light with back up 2A MCB test terminal block, circuit wiring as per standard practice, auxiliary contact for positive electrical interlocking of breakers, etc. as reqd.-1 set. c) Under Voltage release-220 V AC - 1 No. d) Electrical and Mechanical Interlocking - 1 No. Bus Bars Four strip aluminium bus bars of minimum of 800 A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete, for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 31 MVA for 1 Sec. (For this the current capacity/density shall not be the limiting factor). INTERLOCKING Electrical through advance contacts in ACB's (Incomers & Bus couplers) and mechanical (castle key) interlocking should be provided to ensure that only one supply is available at a time on each section of bus and to eliminate any possible of accidently approaching two supplies at one bus section. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 125 KVAR 415V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s Automatic Power Factor correction panel as per standard, IS8623-1993 fully compartmentalized cubical board IP 42, fabricated with CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having required capacity, TPN aluminium alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required required size of Al. bus bars, interconnection, interlocking between feeders etc., with indication lamps, push buttons necessary accessories, all feeders protection & control wiring with 2.5sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates fabricated from 03 mm thick MS Sheet in two half having cable entry from bottom consisting of heavy duty MPP type 3 phase cylindrical self healing, resin bonded low loss capacitor with 7% detune filter in standard fitting condition having following capacity capacitors:- ........................ SUB HEAD III: HT CABLE

Supplying and laying of one No. HT cable of 11 KV grade XLPE armoured Al. Conductor earthed size 3 X 150 Sq.mm. in the existing open masonry duct as required.

SUB HEAD IV: EARTHING

Supplying, installing by suspension on ceiling/along the wall, testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwich Type Rising Mains (Busduct) for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure having IP-54 rating all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos. aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 A/ sq. cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every meter, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos. aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.I. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required. 800 Amp TPN 50 KA

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing & fixing danger notice plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enamelled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as required. High Voltage- Size 250mm x 200mm
