SITC of fixed type Anti-Smog Gun, mounted on a housing made out of MS angle iron and 3mm thick MS sheet of suitable size having 4nos. legs and overall weight capacity of 800-900 Kgs. The structure body shall be with minimum 500 ltrs. capacity pvc tank, if required, suitable pressure pump along with its starter and other control wiring for making the system operational through push button controls. The machine should have through up to 75-80mtr. The machine should be duly painted with powder coated or epoxy paints with minimum two coats with following specifications: i) Fan motor - 3 Phase , 50 Hz, 25 Hp. ii) Nozzle through- Brass/SS Nozzle 5-20 micron iii) Cover area - 7600 Sq. mtr iv) Horizontal movement: - Adjustable manually to cover 45-60 degree rotation. v) Vertical Manually: - adjustable with cover 0-45 linear angle. vi) The machine shall be placed on Polyurethane Mat/Foam of minimum 25mm to absorb and isolate vibrations on the terrace surface. The mat shall be in compliance to ASTM C 612, IS 8183, should be Fire and Water resistant. vii) The housing/gun of the machine enclosing the Impeller/Fan shall be covered with the Super Density Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) Membrane to isolate and block the sound and its vibrations. The membrane shall be water/fire resistant and anti-microbial. The MLV shall be ASTM D approved.

Hoisting, Shifting, Installation and Commissioning of the Smog Gun Machine at the Terrace of the Building that includes l2nos. Heavy Work Labour along with 1no. Supervisor for 2 Days, and 2nos. Authorized Engineer to Dismantle and Assemble the machine required for 2 Days at site. The cost shall also include the day cost of the Hydra Crane to lift the machine weighing about 500Kgs from the Transport Vehicle at the site to the Unloading point.

Supplying, laying of 3.5 X 25 Sq.mm PVC sheathed and PVC insulated/XLPE Al conductor Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade on the wall surface etc. as required.
