Re-installation of Street light Pole on existing foundation with nut, bolt complete etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing of three phase pole box of size 340mm X 250mm X 150mm with side openable hinged cover complete with two strip aluminium bus-bar of 100 amps capacity mounted on DMC bus support and 1 no. of SPMCB of 6 amps 'C' series capacity with din rail on the existing street light pole with the help of two nos. MS clamps of suitable size, including making hole to insert the cable the worn out MS box etc. complete as required.

Dismantling & Re-installation of 12 Mtr. High Mast at same location i/c dismantling of old foundation and cleaning of malba etc. as reqd. at site (Bhajanpura Major & Road No. 65)

Supply and laying of 6 mm dia SS rope in existing 12 mtr. high mast complete etc. as reqd.

Providing and laying in position of M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement, concrete foundation of size 900mm x 900 mm x 3000 mm i/c excavation of earth & Providing cutting, bending & placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 25 mm dia 3000 mm long app.-12 Nos. & reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia 3600 mm approx. -20 Nos. not more than (spacing 150 mm) as required with positing of foundation bolts & providing 80 mm dia HDPE pipe for cable entry & exist as reqd. at site.

Fabrication, Supply and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 12 mtrs. Height made from 3 mm thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 240 mm. & top dia of 90 mm. Complete with window with flash cover welded to round sleeve at a height of 2.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 320mm x 320mm x 16 mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required I/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box providing for cable termination:- a)Fabrication, Supply and fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 3mm thick of suitable length and having 10 nos. suitable size tapped holes as reqd. b) Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp termination block suitable links -5 nos. On DIN channel I/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. C.)Supplying and fixing 6 Amp 10 KA, SPMCB,'C' Characteristics Curve - 1 nos. Earth stud 1Nos. Welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs & nuts, D clams i/c credit for dismantle material etc. complete as required. (j type)

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing wire mesh protection frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle and "T" strengthened with intermediate members of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally and vertically and duly welded with wiremesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of Single door gate with central locking arrangement ( Two nos. sliding bolts and one No. go down lock) having 0.5 mtr long legs of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angles iron, duly grouted in cement concrete foundation ration 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) upto suitable depth painting with on coast of red oxide & two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade with lock arrangement etc. complete as reqd.
