De-silting & taking out debrish/silt rubbish etc. from drain/sump which are heavily surcharged, by Super Sucker machine which consist of (1 No. Chasis mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 4000 cum/hours at 80% vacuum pressure of 2300 psi-with 350 LPM, 2Nos chassis mounted dump tank having capacity of 10 cum including safe disposal of silt within municipal limits, the operation of de-silting should be video graphed at each location of super sucker for the period of minimum 10 minutes per day basis and provide 3 sets of Pen drives as directed by E-in-C. The operations should also be photographed at each locations, minimum 10 GPS photographs on per day basis and giving 3 sets of photographs supply of material, labour T&P temporary power connection with stand by Generator set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA, Gas Detector, Post air ventilator where ever required etc. and provision of safety equipment as per guideline laid in (IS 11972*1887)

All Inclusive and nothing extra will be payable the super sucker machine shall be called as per requirement at various locations.

Rewinding, Overhauling and servicing of 2HP/3HP three phase sewage pump set including complete cleaning of all parts of pumps such as impeller and delivery etc. and rewinding with suitable conductor, replacement of wornout/rusted nuts bolts washer, refilling of PTEFlexible Expanded Graphite packing rope,Neoprene RubberPacking Sheet in the existing relevant pipes of pumps and reinstallation on their original location, testing & commissioning complete etc. as required.
