Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

In stringers, treads, landings etc.of stair cases,including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including laying at site and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.: All works upto plinth level : M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum) Note:- Cement content considered in this item is minimum @220 kg/cum. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of design mix specifiy more than @ 220 kg/cum

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for plain cement concrete/RCC work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is minimum @300 kg/cum. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of design mix specify more than @ 300 kg/cum.

Design, supply, fabrication & erection of skylight for roofing of Escalators of Foot Over Bridges using multiwall, metallic polycarbonate sheet of 10mm thick such as blue, brown, green or any colour of required brand with suitable MS structures frame (if required). The sheet shall be fixed on roofing up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces including cutting to size and shape wherever required using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 25 mm) @ 30cm centre to centre fixed to the RCC elements of parapet wall / brick wall of steel structure or on existing M.S. steel frame with necessary base plate and aluminium strip of size 50x2mm with weather proof EPDM gasket and filled the joints with silicon solvent to make the top of roof waterproof complete. The work shall be completed in all respect as per drawing, design and as per direction of Engineer- In –Charge. The rates are inclusive of cost of all materials and labour for cutting, bending and fixing etc. Note:- Steel member, base plate and aluminium flat/strip wherever required shall be paid for separately.
