Supplying, Installation, testing & Commissioning of pre-wired LED Street light of minimum 150 watt of Luminaire made out of PDC aluminium body with minimum of 130 lumens per watt, IP 66 suitable for cool day white light having minimum CCT 5700K, power factor not less than0.90, CRI70% burning for 50,000 hrs. complete with all accessories etc. directly on suitable dia for existing pole bracket including connection with 1.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Fabrication, supply and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 9 meters height made from 3 mm. thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 130 mm. & top dia of 70 mm. complete with window with hinged cover at a height of 2.5 mtrs. from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 200mm X 200mm X 16mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required.i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination :- a) Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 25 mm. dia X 800 mm. long GI foundation bolt (EN8grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 3 mm. thick size 200 X 200 mm. with 4 Nos. 28 mm. dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd. (For 9 mtr.). b) Supplying and fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes - 10nos. as reqd. c) Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. d) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 No. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. e) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos. of 4x25sqmm cable.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm.(L) X 750 mm. wide and 1800 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 1960mm long (approx.)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2800mm (approx.) - 10nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below) and providing 90 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required. (For 9 mtr. poles)
