Carrying out of B-checks/ servicing of following DG set on every six month including providing and fixing of items as per T&C etc complete as required. a) 500 KVA capacity DG set (TBD4IV12)

b) 500 KVA capacity DG set (12VI4TAG23)

c) 500 KVA capacity DG set (12VI4TAG)

Annual Preventive & Comprehensive/Periodical Maintenance of following Cummins make D.G. Sets installed at Department of Trade and Taxes, Vyaparbhawan, IP Estate, New Delhi alongwith engine, alternator, AMF panel, batteries, pipeline and other associated accessories etc. complete with routine testing etc. as required and attending all major/minor faults or failure or complaint complete in all respect & providing atleast one Electrical & Mechanical visit in a month as required, as per terms & condition attached and as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge. a) 380 KVA capacity DG Set (NTA14G3)=1 No.

Annual Preventive & Comprehensive/ Periodical Maintenance of following Kirloskar make D.G. Sets installed at Department of Trade and Taxes, Vyaparbhawan, IP Estate, New Delhi alongwith engine, alternator, AMF panel, synchronizing panel, diesel tank, fuel pump, isolator, batteries, coil coolers, pipeline and other associated accessories etc. complete with routine testing etc and attending all major/minor faults or failure or complaint complete in all respect & providing at least one Electrical & Mechanical visit and break down visit in a month as required including servicing with 2 nos B-Check KIT for each DG Set alongwith maintenance and replacement of element assembly, element lub oil filter, Kit fuel filter and ring, kit super bypass, Filter element, Inhibitor, corrosion, air cleaner element, seal O- ring, Gasket, rocker lever cover, valve cover, strip test, lubricant/Engine oil etc. Complete as required, as per terms & condition attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. a) 500 KVA 01 No. DG Sets – 1 Job (Kirloskar make)

Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor AND Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of compound light/street/security light including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor , keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff and Khallasion all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of Wet rise & sprinkler system consisting of electrical & diesel driven pump sets, control panel, internal & external fire hydrants with associated accessories, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode AND Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of fire alarm system and P.A. system & allied accessories consisting of control panels, control relay, various type of detectors, response indicator, manual call point, hooter cum speakers, talk back system, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff on round the clock duty in 3 shifts and Khallasi in general shift on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required.

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep of various capacity Pump sets comprising of motor, with starter panel & allied accessories for maintaining essential hard and soft water supply to MSO building and Vyapar Bhawan , as and when required,related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode AND Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep of various capacity 5 Nos D.G. sets comprising of engine, alternator with auto start/Manual panel /A.M.F. Panel & allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including periodical checking of DG set for their proper functioning alongwith minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff in three shifts on round the clock duty and Khallasi in general shift on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required.

Running maintenance & operation, general upkeep, preventive maintenance including minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book for 11 KV/440 Volts electrical substation comprising of transformers, HT/LT Panel, ACB, MCCB & allied accessories & keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff &Khallasi on round the clock duty in three shifts on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required
