FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing & Commissioning of LED Flood light fitting luminaries of rating 250 watts or more made •with high pressure die cast aluminiun') housing with powder coated with lens, IP-66 suitable for operation on 150 to 265V single phase AC supply having system efficiency minimum 100 lumen per watt or more and colour temperature of 5500 K to 6000K CRl70 with driver having power factor 0.95, THD10 % and efficiency 85% potted driver silould be IC compliance with minimum 10 KV surge protection LED life shall not less than 50000 burning hours. complete etc. including suitable size arrangement for fixing and connection , testing & commissioning complete as required.

Supplying and Fixing pole box with hot press mounted SMC pole box of inside dimension 200mm x 140mm x 95mm deep having hinged cover with MS clamp of size 25mm x 5mm flat iron (NS) Nut and bolt washers etc. including suitable locking arrangement and 1no.SPMCB with all accessories mounting system and 3 phase aluminum backlight connector 16amp capacity for terminating of 3 phase cable including gasket connection complete etc. as required

Fabricating, Supplying & Fixing wire mesh protection of feeder panel frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle & "T" strengthened with intermediate members of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally & vertically and duly welded with wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire mash of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of double door gate with double locking arrangement ( Two Nos. sliding bolts and One No go down lock) having 0.5 mtr. long legs of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron, duly grouted in cement concrete foundation ration 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate), up to suitable depth painting with one coat of red oxide & Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade etc. complete as reqd.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing triple/single/ double galvanized arm bracket of suitable length and dia on the existing pole i/c tightening bolts etc. as reqd.

Fabrication, Supplying and installation of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of size 1700mm x 1000mm x 300mm of M.S. sheet 2mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip busbars of 100amp capacity double door with two nos. godown locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, duly fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (NS) 900 mm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with aluminum thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd.
