Cleaning of existing cable trench of size 0.80 mtr. width 0.95 depth by lifting bolders, domestic waste, soil, bricks dabris& garbage etc. by making arrangement for fixing the existing cables on surface of cable trench both side (average 10 cables of size 300 sq.mm to 400 sq.mm) of different size without disturbing the connection of cables and shifting the lifted malwaetc complete as reqd at site.

Dressing of different size LT cable in existing cable trench 300 Sq.m to 400 Sq.mm approximate each cable fixing on the surface of both side, the M.S. clamp already fixed walls with the help fo suitable size of MS clamp etc complete as reqd. at site.

Removing the dismantled/detective cables of size 300 sq mm dia to 400 sq. mm from the existing cable trench by men power etc complete as reqd.

Providing/supplying/filling of Yamuna sand in empty cable trench as reqd.

Disposal of cable trench rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled of waste materials means, old sand, i/c loading, transporting, unloading of approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 mtr initial lead for all leads i/c all lifts involved.

Fabrication, supplying,& fixing of MS Chequered Plate of 6mm thick (N.S.) MS sheet having support of 40x40x6mm angle iron on the back side of Chequered Plate to rest on the existing base frame on cable trench to close the opening existing sheet including providing and fixing handle and painting etc. as required (as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing pre coated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Replacement of existing Rolling Shutter having curtain fabricated using single skinned curve shaped 1.2mm thick Galvalume steel slat having minimum height 115mm and depth 20mm without any joint interconnected with each other using forged iron end clips to be fitted on alternate slats using stainless steel rivets. Wind lock made of forged iron to be fitted on both ends of slats using stainless steel rivets at distance of every 1m across height. TG-Type shaped side guide joint less single piece roll forming designed for holding wind locks made using 2.5mm thick Galvanized steel. Double skinned aluminium bottom plate fitted with EPDM gasket to be fitted at bottom of curtain. Top Cover square shaped fabricated using 0.8mm thick Galvalume steel sheet fitted with 25 x 25 x 2.5mm thick angle at top and bottom. Base structure to be fabricated using 100 x 50 x 4mm channel for 200mm width on both sides of clear opening across height of rolling shutter. Motorization of rolling shutter using European make drive unit having output torque of 412Nm, 230V50Hz, 600 W to be operated using push button. Drive unit to have manual chain operating mechanism in case of emergency complete etc as reqd. (Lifting height upto 6 mtr and lifting force capacity 600 Kg)
